By using Whisp you agree to these terms. They are written plainly because you should be able to read them in three minutes.

The service

Whisp delivers reminders you create to your Telegram account at times you schedule. Reminders are created via the Telegram bot or the web dashboard.

Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If Whisp is not delivered as described, doesn't fire your reminders, or is otherwise faulty, you're entitled to a refund or remedy under the ACL. Contact us via Telegram and we'll sort it.

Outside ACL guarantees, paid subscriptions are non-refundable for change-of-mind once the billing period has begun, but you can cancel any time and won't be billed further.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Whisp is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or rights you have under non-excludable consumer guarantees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia (and the State of New South Wales where applicable). Disputes will be heard in Australian courts.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when these terms change. Material changes will be posted on this page and announced via Telegram message.
